Great, so I can't watch it because I'm not American. Thanks Nazilodeon!
Was the same for me, but I watched it on livestream, should be possible for you, too.

I just found something freaky, Kraang sub-prime's android body actually has part-organic-part-mechanical organs that looked to resemble human lungs and heart! So that's how he successfully impersonate a human without being noticed about not breathing or heart not beating etc. He even fooled a ghost!

Loved all these tiny details that Ciro & co. actually spent effort to put into the show!

Wow, those comparison shots are really sweet, thanks to both of y'all for posting them. I've already watched it twice. Might watch it again, lol.
That is freaky, Evan. Nice detail.

Re watching the final, my favorite parts are defiantly Leo one shot

I'd like to change my avatar to a Leo picture of the final.

Man, I'm glad we don't have to wait long for season three, October is going to be a blast with this and Legend of Korra book four coming out in the same month

Edit;

On, negative I had with the final is it was too Kraang focused like the season one final, thankfully from he interviews it sounds like this is the nail in the coffin for them

Okay, Evan2000 helped me watching the episode (thanks again), and I have to say, it was really good. You might read my posst back then about my problems with Nick TMNT, but contrary to this the last episodes and the finale were really good! I hope this is the direction they taking the show in the future.
I know the major target of the show are kids, and supposed to have a lighter tone, so it will never feature graphic violence, adult and serious themes, but I can live with that, as long the show has good plots and nice action sequences. Just like the finale. I hope they will keep going that way!

About Irma, I really don't know. Awkward, kinda?

Glad you enjoyed the show! I have lost count of the number of times I watch it over and over again, but still each time I found something new to appreciate! There's just a mixture of so many things, so many feels, and yet so many genuinely funny bits! For example, this part made me really sad just looking at it:

And then this came along and I forgot I was laughing or crying at that time!

So Rockatopus are literally Dimension-X pigeons? Meep!

Or, well... animators saving money and time doing new 3D models for a 2 seconds scene.

Besides, there is that poster from SDCC. The turtles are all there, but the one fighting Shredder in stealth, and possibly rage mode, is Raph.

He was losing it when he saw Splinter getting pummeled and probably would've gone full rage if Mikey hadn't comforted him and calmed him down. Seriously, imo, that is the best Mikey moment in the entire series for me and the best moment between them, imo. I'm sure something will top it in the future, but the feels!! Just can't get around that.
And that's the point of Mikey, especially in the comics! It would have been so easy for Raphael to go to the dark side, becoming a raving, murderous psycho, if it wasn't for Mikey's good heart to help keep Raph in check! And this is what I was saying with how Splinter disciplines Raph when he goes over the edge in the 2012 show, he just uses brute force, physically hurting Raphael instead of setting him down and try to get into his son's head! Mikey gets this, Splinter, as a father, so far in my opinion, has failed miserably on Raphael's behalf! I don't know if the creators were doing this just for random effect (hahaha, Splinter jabbed Raphael with his finger making him spaz out, hhahaha, Splinter whacks Raph on the shoulder to keep him from getting lippy) or was this done on purpose because they plan to touch on it later on? Would be a great Mikey scene, if Raphael starts to go all mental on Leo for some reason, Splinter steps in and gets ready to smack Raphael with his stick, and Mikey comes in and blocks it, telling his father that this is not the answer to Raph's state of mind, but compassion is!

This didn't bother me, honestly, as at that point, I think it would've been more of a hindrance than a help to go rage mode on Tigerclaw, Rahzaa, and Fishface. Shredder wasn't even there.

Seeing Splinter getting beaten was different. He was right there and couldn't help him. For this incarnation, it feels appropriate. IMO, if he had seen Leo being attacked, by them and Shredder, I'm positive he would've gone rage mode.

I still feel that if Mikey hadn't calmed him down, he would've gone after Shredder, or tried. He was going into a rage mode.

If they go the route, if they face Shredder again and they don't know that Splinter's alive, and Shredder confidentially and arrogantly toys with them saying that he's dead, I could see Raph going into a serious rage mode...or as serious censors can allow him to be.

I like that SDCC poster with the turtles in the back with Raph in stealth/rage mode fighting Shredder. I want this to become a reality for this show.

That aside, I also could see Raph being snappy with everyone in season 3 and maybe Mikey will be the only one capable of keeping him calm. I also wonder now, as some others mentioned, when, and if, Raph finds out that Donnie's arguing with Leo caused them to get separated in the first place and that April bringing Irma to the lair which started the invasion, if he's going to take out most of his frustrations on them, especially April.

It would interesting to see April have that type of conflict with one of the turtles and those around them (Mikey, Donnie, Casey) dealing with it.

Anyway, that's what I think may happen. Only time will tell
.
I had a scene in my head, where Leo finally finds out that Splinter is "dead" and he does initially lay the blame on April. He might even go on a spaz on her, screaming at her that everything bad that has happened to them in the past year was because of her and he regrets ever knowing she exists! Donnie could be the one to jump up and get between Leo and April, conflicted that his brother and best friend are at odds. Later on, Leo goes into the woods to work out his frustrations, realizing he is harsh, and the meantime, April herself goes looking for some firewood, and this is when she trips and falls into the icewater. Leo hears her calls for help, and instinctively rushes in to save her, and then as he drags her to the shore, he hugs her like Mikey did to Raph and says he is sorry and is glad she is part of the family.

Irma was cool (right now, I am hoping that she was still the regular Irma up until maybe shortly after Rats and Men) and Karai was just beginning to get interesting, and hell, even the one shot of the little girl Leo had tea with was adorable, it's a bit of a let down that the girls who are barely in the show seem to have more likable personalities than April.

There's a strong chance the real Irma is out there, hell, we already seen the same scenario played out with April, during a Kraang Conspiracy with the mulitple Aprils and the real one. Irma is probably in the same boat. (I hope)

I am curious to what's going to happen now between April, Raph and Leo, because of what happened to Splinter. Both brothers are deeply close to Splinter, Raphael probably doesn't even know about April bringing in the decoy, and when he finds out, he's probably going to flip his lid. Leo might even be worse, because he got his beat down resulting in April's mistake, and he might hold her responsible in a way.

Then, poor Raph, it was nice to see him taking his brother's side when Casey was asking all of those questions about April, what will Raph do when he sees Casey is blatantly making moves on April, maybe April is responding in kind, all in front of Donnie, Raphael might just get a bit overprotective and lash out at the two.
I'm glad you pointed out Raph sticking up for Don and his feelings. It's been in the back of my mind. I've seen this finale twice now, but there's so much going on from beginning to end. I think it's a nice callback to Newtralized where Raph learns to think before he speaks. That was one of my favorite Raph moments where he makes Don out to be the hero at the end. He really has a big heart underneath that tough exterior. And you're on to something with some of the TMNT playing the blame game at the beginning of season 3. At least I think so. I was also wondering if Leo would blame April. Maybe Raph since he's already been ticked at having her tagging along in Kraang Conspiracy. And Raph is probably the most likely to snap at April and tell her to,"Make up your mind already!," where relationships are concerned. It has felt like she's been stringing them both along. I agree.

One would think it would be Raph to finally lose it on April, but I just think it's going to be Leo, if it does happen, because he is the one that got beat, and he is the one closest to Splinter and doesn't know what's happened to Splinter yet, when he finds out, it won't be pretty. He was there to see their home trashed, all because of April bringing Irma there to begin with. Now this is the ticker, Raphael is constantly telling everyone what's on his mind, lashing out here an there, having his temper go off once in a while. It may be annoying sometimes, but for Raphael, it's probably the healthiest thing for him, because those bouts of anger lets him get all of that sh!t off of his chest and clear his mind. Leonardo on the other hand, has already shown that he keeps his worries and thoughts mostly to himself, and he doesn't let it show. Anyone can tell you, those who bottle up those emotions will finally have a breaking point, and those breaking points can have disastardly consequences. Leo was already breaking a bit on Donnie, getting kind of mean with Donnie when he was just giving out suggestions.

I like where you're going with this, Warhorse. It would make the most sense for it to be Leo in this case. I can certainly see that happening. I don't think 2012 Leo or his brothers have ever been as vulnerable as they are when we leave them after the season 2 finale. And yeah, totally know where you're coming from concerning those bottled up emotions. Leo seems like he's got a tun of those festering, and come to think of it, he's never dispensed with them in this incarnation. Not that I can recall, anyway. Splinter has always seemed like the voice of reason, so it'll be interesting to see how they carry on in his absence. Especially Leo.

If they do the famous Mikey punchbag scene in the barn. I wonder if Raph comes in, calms him down and hugs him.

For some reason that sounded creepy and out of character. Also, never disturb someone with a punching bag unless you're asking for trouble.

It's possible. At the end when they were driving out of the city, we see Raphael sitting there with his arm around Mikey.

Actually, it's not. Raphael has already shown Mikey a soft side, when Mikey got burned by Bradford back in season 1.

When Raph was in his rage mode, Mikey flew himself at him, if he was any slower then Raph could have hurt him.

A day later, I feel like that episode was just... totally not the same show I've been watching until this point. Like if it stayed like this I would not be so annoyed at the end of every episode. It doesn't always have to be this dark, but character driven is good.

Did anyone watch Buffy? Didn't the Mikey hugging Raph scene remind you of
Spoiler:
Willow being all murderous rampage and then Xander hugs her and she calms down and the world becomes safe again
? Granted I hope abused wives/girlfriends do not attempt this method.

It helps that in Season 1 I thought Raph and Splinter were completely abusive, now they have both calmed down a bit, Raph especially. Looking forward to his character moving forward.
