Thanks Krang

Maybe this doesn't deserve a thread, but I think it does. I just want to thank Krang for not updating this site to web 2.0 or anything. It's really unique and to have a community that still participates after all these years is amazing. As far as I can tell, the sites look has always been this way, and I love it. It really makes the internet feel different, comparing other sites to a forum like this.

Thanks Krang.

^^ I agree. I'm not on here as much as other members but this place is niche enough to have a bit of a homey feel to it. That and I've been here for almost 10 freaking years.

And the 90's were ten years ago.

I do hope the site keeps this look, because why fix if it isn't broken?

Well put snake. Yes this place does have that nice feel to it, which makes me also enjoy coming here.

The 90's were 20 years ago. 10 years ago was 2005, man.

Only last month did I decide to make my first donation to the site. The amount I gave wasn't much for all Krang's trouble, but considering the number of things I've bought and sold over the Forums through the years it's really the least I could do.

Where do you go to make donation?

He said that as a jab to me putting 5 as opposed to 10 years...

There is a little known link on the left sidebar of the main site that basically just directs you to email Krang:
http://www.thetechnodrome.com/donate.shtml

But I just decided to PM him, and he responded with:
"If you'd like to donate, you can send it via PayPal to krang (at) thetechnodrome.com. Thanks, I really appreciate the support!"

So that's what I did!
