Christopher Meloni, despite the fact he looks a lot like Elias KorTeas. Screw the love interest for April, never once has that been genuine to me, in any iteration. Play him as older, with a massive chip on his shoulder. Sometime who had been in the game awhile, who has lost something, and is sick of how the law had consistently failed him. Think Punisher, with less killing. I don't see any reason why he's gotta be played as around the Turtles age.

Well the Will Arnett thing would seem to denote that they don't intend on having April's partners (romantic or otherwise) be young or even anywhere near her age. Just watched the trailer for Lost In The Sun which reminded me Josh Duhamel may well be on the shortlist as we speak.

He's a fellow Transformers alumni, one that's had nothing but positive things to say about his experience with those films. I've had girl mates who've watched those films & said they wished Fox's character would run off with Duhamel instead of LaBeouf

He's younger than Arnett. He's tall (could meet Raphael face-to-face). He's down-to-earth & likable but can also be dangerous & intimidating if he wants (watch Scenic Route). I'd be suprised if he's not at least rumored.

this is going to get off topic alittle but honestly as much as i love dummel i dont want him in tmnt

i dont want good talent wasted on a bad movie

also dummel should have been the main human in transformers...his story fits in so much better than Shia ever did and the next subplot wouldve been 100X better than the horny teen needing robot alien guardians

Actually I'm in complete agreement with Amaranthus (assuming he wasn't being sarcastic and that I didn't pick up on it); there's no real reason that Casey couldn't be played by a black actor and it could bring something new and interesting to the character. It's not like Casey's whiteness has ever been an integral driving force in shaping his character, personality, motivation or upbringing, so I don't see what difference increasing his melanin levels would make in the grand scheme of things. Besides - Bayturtles is already pretty awful (IMO), so I don't see how trying something new could make it any worse.

I've always viewed 2k3 Casey as being of mixed racial heritage anyway - especially when you compare his skin color to how albino April looks)...

That being said, I do understand your perspective as well Boston.

Casey should first and formost be played by a "good" actor...someone who can make the role Shine no matter the color of their skin

wrestlers?... just another way to solidify the sh+t direction of the movie franchise. give me more than one example of a wrestler being at least average at acting....
