I really do think y'all are great - there's fights and drama and sometimes we want to strangle one another, but this place really is home to the coolest bunch of people. Even knowing that I'll probably never get to meet any of you IRL, I still feel lucky to have met you online.

I would hang out with anyone. I won't list "favorites" because I wouldn't want to be exclusionary. Not at all adverse to meeting/hanging out with anyone from here. Unlikely, but you never know.

This through & through. I'm surprised I'm on the list of two people I've not really spoken to all that much, as usually, unless we talk outside of the drome (or in PM's here), most people just think I'm an incorrigible bastard.

& yeah I don't wanna make a list 'cause it might hurt feelings but I do more or less feel the same as you, I'd kick it with pretty much anyone here (aside from a handful of people I've had recurring problems with). I've got probably well over 50 different Technodrome members on my Facebook friend list who I've grown very close to, as well as others who I speak to on the boards regularly. So that's a lot of folks to chill with.

My problem is, I really don't "hang out" or go to places where that's normal, like I rarely go to bars or anything, and I'm kind of hard to pin down between my work schedule and wrestling.

All my "real" friends hate me because we literally never hang out and haven't in years. They're like, "when can we see you?" and I'm like, "I'll be in Paulsboro on Saturday, tickets are ten bucks (or whatever), come on down and after that we can go grab a bite or whatever." "I gotta pay money just to come see you?" "Yeah, you and everybody else, them's the breaks, cupcakes."

Nobody can get their head around the fact that I work mornings and evenings, and that when I get home from work at 10pm or whenever the last thing I wanna do is go "hang out" when I gotta be back at work by 8am. Like, they can go half-ass a desk job with a hangover, I have to be "on" at all times, because my clients' safety depends on it.

So yeah, I'm a terrible friend but friends don't pay my f*cking bills.

I feel you. Similarly, I don't really go out unless it's to play a show, record an album, shoot a video, etc. It all pertains to my music. Outside of that, maybe a con once a year, but even that is scarce these days. But at least as far as the idea of it is concerned, yeah, turtle talk, let's do it.
