I should re-watch this one over the weekend. I started re-watching s3. This will be my first re-watch of s3 episodes aside from Vision Quest. I can't wait to get to this one. Rahzar's laughter at the end is a bit contagious. I imagine he was thinking,"Well, I could have gotten mutated into worse things." I wish Rocksteady could keep his gun. Guess he'll use the accessories he comes with.

Gah, let's hope not. The show doesn't need to turn him into an even bigger stereotype than the toy was.

I only found out about a month ago that he came with a hammer and a sickle. Part of me thinks it's fitting but the other is like,"C'mon Playmates, make him triggerhappy." Doesn't Bebop hurl bombs? Pretty cool too, although it's going to take me a bit to get used to the lack of guns. Since TigerClaw is second in command, I guess Shredder let's the kitty use all the cool weapons. lol

Thought the episode was pretty good, I was hoping to see Bebop and Rocksteady in the beginning, But wasn't till the end, Well, hopefully we will see them in the next episode.

I'm not sure how to really feel about Nick Bebop & Rocksteady. Maybe its just how great they were adapted in IDW but having them be these already developed characters and hanging around pre-mutation for a long while before them being mutated sort of takes away from their character.

I know they need to do new things and keep it fresh but what exactly is left of these guys? All I can really see is Boris Badenov & Tron Michael Jackson...

Who knows, maybe they'll be really great once we see them in action but as far as the set up as been going I'm not very confident about it.

Me personally, I liked them so much as humans I almost wish they could've left them as is, though I realize that would defeat the purpose of a bruting blonde & purple mohawk sporting dude. But I think that having them around for so long before their mutation gives them character, rather than it being taken away from them.

Not only that, this version of Bebop and Rocksteady are being forced to work with the Shredder, in the original series and in IDW, They were just a pair of Thugs that the Shredder hired, And they volunteered to be mutated, Because they knew they would be more powerful.

Now, that was awesome!!
Camera work, directorship, fight scenes, voice acting - everything was superb. Though, I must say, Steranko and Zeck were much more interesting characters while being their own guys. Not really sure, if they stay as charismatic and entertaining as Shredder's cronies.

Zeck was funny as hell, Sternako was brutal, but, also, awesome. Mikey wasn't annoying most of the time, which is a nice bonus.

Is it just me or Splinter looks a bit different from before? Like something with nose and ears.

I don't know why, but Anton didn't get on my nerves at all. He was the same in Legend of the Kuro Kabuto with all the noises. He reminds me of a more wacked out version of Spidy sans the oises. Spider-man would always quip it out in a fight and I guess that's how Anton deals with stress. Unlike Steranko, he can be quite the chatterer. Like Donnie said, his noises also serve as a distraction. Well, looks like they distracted/annoyed some of the audience too. I'm surprised they didn't bother me. Wait a minute. It helps if you know a dude in both high school and college who goes around making a bunch of the same noises, especially in the college music department. lol

I think the next episodes are probably the ones with Muckman, Mondo Gecko, and likely Renet. It will be interesting to see what's beyond that, especially since there was almost no spoilers to give a hint.

The Muckman episode is 315 and the Mondo Gecko episode is 317 so we probably get those episodes in April.

I wish it was sooner because I love that character. I hope to see B and R in action during the next episode. I wonder if Mondo Gecko will show up sooner than later. I'd actually like to see him even the odds in one of the first fights against B and R after their mutations. I'm hoping he'll show up within the next two episodes. Oh, just read Vicky's comment. I forgot about him showing up in episode 17. And here I thought I dreamed I read that info somewhere. Darn.

We are only up to episode 10 and I said episode 15 and 17 probably happen in April.

I expected episodes 11,12,13,14 will probably air sometime in March/April. Episodes 15,16,17,18 will probably air in April/May

We should be getting episode 11 through 13 (they might combine 13/14 into an hour-long special like last year) just before April. Episode 14 (15 if 13/14 are combined) would probably air in April since it's in the 2nd half of the season.

The season premiere started in October last year, it makes sense for half the season to air in the first 6 months and the other half in the remaining 6 months. October + 6 months = April so... yeah
