Ahh, is that what it was. I'd wondered but had never gotten around to trying to figure it out. I know the winding roads seen for a moment (twice?) is supposedly in Hawks Nest (a small easter egg to me because I'd found out that the river that's seen for a second is the northern end the Delaware - I live near the south end, in the state that shares it's name ), had thought the building might have been around there, too.

Anyhow, I hope they don't do a repeat. I'm guessing that Sacks is just still located there and is probably behind the creation of Bebop and Rocksteady within that place.
