I literally took off work so I could pick it up first thing in the morning. ;_;
IDW lists the #44 2nd printing out tomorrow, but nothing for TMNT next week. I've never seen them incorrect.
Unless their website is mistaken, looks like the issue is, at the very least, not coming out the 15th. I hope that doesn't mean my Comixology app is right.

Diamond does the shipping. I have never see Diamond be incorrect on their shipping dates. I am not saying they have never been wrong, but Every time a release date comes into question Diamond has provided the correct release date.

Kinda don't want a preview for this. Let's ****ing wait until the ****ing issue is finally out god dammit. Or the preview should totally troll the audience and just show some scene that doesn't feature or mention Donatello at all.

So I just read #44 and wow! I haven't read back through this thread yet to see everyone's theories, but here's some things I thought about if Donatello IS indeed dead:

1. We have Kitsune who is able to reanimate the dead as evidenced by Shredder.
2. We have the healing properties of the ooze as evidenced by Mr. O'Neil and Shredder.
3. We have Harold and his tech which he is able to make seamless human/mutant to machine control interfaces as evidenced by the Nobody suit and Metalhead.
4. We have Baxter who is able to meld flesh and machine as evidenced by the Flyborgs.
5. We have Honeycutt who was able to pass his soul from his Neutrino body into the Fugitoid bot.
6. And then we have reincarnation ala Splinter and the turtles themselves.

So through some combination of one, some, or all the points above we WILL be seeing Donnie again in some form or another, maybe IDW's version of what he was in TMNT Vol. 3. Either way I feel sorry for Bebop and Rocksteady when he comes back. That is, if Raph doesn't get to them first. He looked pretty pissed in that last panel!

Well I just went back and read the first 4 pages of this thread and it appears everyone was pretty much thinking the same thing as me.
And unfortunately I ran across the FCBD preview dammit.
That's why I don't visit this side of the Technodrome too often, I'm always hitting spoilers.
I have no self-control, if there's a spoiler button I will hit it.

I do believe the issue release was pushed until the end of the month so that reorder activity (which has been substantial) could properly be accounted for.
