The lack of toys for the 1990 movie is because Playmates felt it was too violent & didn't wanna be attached to it. The toys we got came during Secret Of The Oooze's era. So the first was in no way a toy commercial whatsoever. It was 100% free of toy sale influence besides the fact that the turtles being color coded was a Playmates thing.

No wonder SotO looks so watered down to being so puke inducing, kiddie friendly. Their "fight scenes" are a joke, and the final "fight" was dancing at a night club. When Super Shredder came, all they do was cower in fear like wimps and jump into a lake. *smh*

just because it sells toys does not mean it has to be watered down or a bad moie...marvel makes toys for thier movies both adult collectors and kids can enjoy...so does star wars

I felt that the story sort of made up for the movie's shortcomings. They were smart enough to know that they couldn't take him on in his state so they decided to do, as Leo puts it in a line he says in 2K3, a tactical retreat.

did they actually call Noji Karai in the 1st one? we all assumed it was her but did they ever actually use her name? I can't remember. might need to re watch it.

Please please please no... If I had the cash I'd almost be willing to pay them as insurance NOT to. They better keep him better mannered than that if they have any sense of the characters at all... because knowing these people they'd go the Mikey kind of route.


Honestly after the Mikey shell tightening stuff, I'm actually kind of grateful that the Turtles actors have cameras in the way of their faces
