I can see Shalhoub coming back but I'd be shocked if they don't have Pete do the voice this time. Though honestly that's something they can worry about/figure out/change one way or the other in post production. Not a pressing matter right now.

You never know. Smaller non-retractable blade gauntlets, armor similar to the Foot guys, and an old Samurai helmet might end up being all he'll wear (especially for ninja practicality.) Megatron armor looks way too much like the last movie, and from what we see here, they seem to be trying to distance from it.

This does look like an improvement:

- Both Shredder and Karai are Asians. I still have nightmares about the thoughts of white man Eric Sachs being Shredder. Thank the Gods of the universe we never had to deal with a white Shredder.

- They actually look like ninja's.

- Shredder's armor isn't going to be that robot/transformer/cyborg suit he wore in the first film.


Man, if only they give the Turtles nose-jobs I would say this movie would look promising.

Yes Laird himself said he might release the plots of the final issues but that's it. The only reason we got issues 31 and 32 is because they were partially finished.

They looks awesome! I find Karai's outfit really fitting. Much more genuine. I'm grateful for the ninja outfit.

I don't know why Brittany Ishibashi cast as Karai is upsetting some people, She has far more acting chops.

Not that I care, but is anyone else thinking that they might pull a... "That 'Foot Clan' and Shredder and Karai that were messing with New York last year? They were imposters. I'm the REAL Oroku Saki, here is the REAL Karai, and this is the REAL Foot Clan now"?

But more than likely they'll just release the movie and hope no one bothers to wonder why the Foot Clan suddenly changed from a paramilitary shadow organization with batons and guns to a ninja clan with swords and shuriken, or why Oroku Saki looks about 150 years younger than he did in the last movie and Karai suddenly looks like his sister... and why would anyone, bothering watching such a movie?

i thought it was hilarious that RETALIATION all but completely ignored RISE OF COBRA - keeping only elements that worked, namely Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow.

If TMNT-2 does the same, I wont be disappointed.

I'll admit, the Foot look SLIGHTLY better than before (Even if they do look like they belong in the GI Joe movies than TMNT). Though I still would want to see something like this if we can't the classic look:

Cus she just another generic pretty China doll face. At least with Minae Noji she looked pretty, but had a face that says "I'll mess you up if you disobey me' this one..this Brittany..I can't take that pretty girl face seriously. Then again I'm a fan of Minae Noji
