Yea PD Turtles were pretty bad. Hell, almost everything about that movie was pretty bad. So putting that aside...

Leonardo: Fred Wolf by far. He was whiny and not funny at all, which made him not fit very well in considering the show was a comedy. Donatello felt more like a leader in this series.

Raphael: Dunno, 4Kids perhaps? Especially as the show went on. His anger would cloud his judgement often. Him and Michelangelo got worse as the show went on.

Michelangelo: 4kids by a long mile. Childish, unfunny, annoying, arrogant, cowardly, immature and lacked common sense. He got WAY worse after winning the Battle Nexus tournament.

Donatello: Donatello is probably the Turtle that annoys me the less in every incarnation. Hell I can even tolerate Cody Feldman's interpretation of his character, even though that's probably my least favorite Don aside from PD. I've only watched a few eps from the Nick toon, but can't say I've liked Don much in them.

Splinter: Don't have any issue with any incarnation of him.

April: Megan Fox. All other Aprils are alright despite having their flaws.

Casey: 4Kids. He was too much of a brainless hothead idiot. He was that in FW as well, but at least he was entertaining there. Corporate Raiders from Dimension X was an awesome episode.

Shredder: White Shredder... oh wait, he turned out to be japanese after all. Well PD Shredder is still the worst Shredder of them all.

Have not watched The Next Mutation btw. So in case anyone asks me why there's no TNM incarnations in my post, there ya have it.

I still don't know what the ****ing hell whoever came up with that thought it was actually a good idea. Turtles being aliens was bad, but at least somewhat acceptable with some good explanation/writing, but why make Shredder white?!

He was useless in the first ever TMNT NES game. As was Mike. Leonardo was alright and Donatello was by far the best.

In games like the arcade beat 'em ups and the domestic port of Turtles in Time, Raphael is alright. He's the fastest turtle, I think.

Wow so much anti-love for OT boys. My least list goes like this:

Leo- TNM. Actually, they were ALL bad ther. So bad, I only ever got through 17 episodes before I stopped watching it.

Donnie- my least fave of him would be from PD It's not that he was "bad", just "meh".

Raph- also PD. He was TOO big and "tough loner" guy trope.

Mikey- Nick, by FAR. Too dumbed down, childish, and randomly weird for no real reason.

April- I'd say TNM, but she wasn't even IN it! Otherwise, PD, I guess.

Splinter- maybe TNM, though I liked that he had the friend ha played chess with.

Shredder- tie between TNM and PD. Both were just plain boring.

Maybe I'm gonna get hate for this, but I don't like April in either Mirage or the FW cartoon. Mirage April seemed to curl up and act emo a lot, while FW April seemed to have very little personality outside of snarkiness (a trait she shared with the other main characters) and selfishness. Technically both cases are better than Megan Fox's rendition of the character but I didn't really have any high expectations from Fox or anyone else in that movie.

I've stated this before, Nickelodeon's Mondo Gecko is terrible. He's annoying, unlikable and feeble, I really hate his guts. The only thing about him that I liked was seeing him get kicked by Hun, that's how bad he is people, the only enjoyable part about him was to see him get abused.

I don't like the Shredder in the first movie, he's basically Mirage Shredder without the grey morality and an expansion of his character that basically amounts to him sitting around doing nothing until the final fight. It's not even clear what he wants to do, use an arcade to brainwash kids into becoming ninjas?

Oh and he also had a costume with glitter. I mean seriously? Glitter? The helmet already a little too big for me to take it seriously, but did they really have to top it off with glitter?

Leo: Either PD or 2007. In 2007 he's just an insuferable fuddy-duddy who, unlike Casey flippin' Jones, can't recognize his brother in a black costume...(oh God....I just realized...was...was that an Alternate Raph/Stump Wrestling costume reference?) PD Leo is just there....he's not much of a leader, in fact of the 4 PD Turtles, he the least himself...heck he's not even an over exageration of himself.

Don: PD or Next Mutation. In NM, he's incredibly closed minded to Venus' mysticism (again...does IDW's Don pull from THIS?) and comes off as a complete jerk in the process. PD's Donnie is an over the top nerd caricature. Where Leo is the least himself, Donnie is himself turned up to 11.

Raph: PD and if I had to pick a 2nd....maybe Image....I dunna. PD because he's just a hulking brute and not much else, like I said he wears his "character" on his sleeves. Image mainly because I'm wondering if someone raised to hate the Shredder would BECOME the Shredder. Maybe it's an attempt to show Raph really hates himself...oooo deep.

Mikey: PD and, as you all know, 4Kids. Both are insufferable. PD is horn dog, and 4Kids is a show boat. Where's the sensitive ar-tiest?

Splinter: PD plain and simple. Maybe NM as a 2nd...but most Splinters are fairly similar. PD's version is abusive...and learned martial arts from a graphic novel. BOOO!

Shredder: PD and Utrom Shredder. Utrom Shredder only because he wouldn't die....he just came back again and again and got more and more ridiculous. PD Shredder was better out of the armor, but then there's the Megatron meets Silver Samurai armor....blech.

April: PD and TMNT 2 and 3. No offence to Paige Turco, but she ain't no Judith Hoag. She's MILES better than Megan Fox though.

Yeah...and you saying that made me think of TMNT 3's half-a-Splinter. I will give CooTS' Splinter some props in that in some instances he's voiced by Peter Reneday.

Best Krang: the anime
