Well this is disappointing. Not only are there no plans to release the trailer anytime soon but due to the leaks for Suicide Squad and Deadpool, the studios are reconsidering showing footage at future SDCC events: http://www.comicbookmovie.com/fansit...news/?a=122781

Nope, not at all what I said. Just because I like the original look and sound of Joker and Harley doesn't mean I want that.

Leto sounds fantastic, and looks creepy, but no matter where the joker is, he is always At some point in his purple suit not just in the animated series. EXCEPT in the dark knight returns, where he was in a gray jacket and pale pink shirt with a silver tie...which seems like exactly where this joker look came from. Unfortunately not a fan of that joker, but other than the suit, Leto looks far from it.

And with Harley, I already said I don't mind the red and blue, as its canon with suicide squad NOT animated series. Just wished it was checkered like it has been in eeevvvvvverrrryyyything, not just the animated series. Also, if you had read, I said I wanted any of the Brooklyn accent/squeaky/crazy tones in her voice, not just the Brooklyn which was dominant in the animated series.

Yet, again, I will clarify, that everything "I want" that I didn't get is so very aesthetic that it won't bother my hype for this movie at all

That's stupid - releasing that kind of material gets audiences psyched worldwide and hello, not everybody can go to Comic Con.

Their job is to make us want to see this movie so they can get our money - given that half the internet collectively sh*t their pants with hatred over the new Joker design and since the trailer leak, there's been a complete 180 and folks are now loving it, they're really working against their own best interests by not releasing the trailers/not showing more in future.

The older I get, the more convinced I become that studios are completely out of touch with what audiences want.

How dumb... They should all learn from Zack Snyder, and simultaneously release the trailer online that the audience is seeing at Comic-Con. Fox must not be too mad, because the Deadpool trailer is very easy to find, but the Suicide Squad one isn't.

that is a lot of horse BS. They should be happy people are excited for 2016. Its the age of cell phones deal with your crap being leaked if your not gonna put it up.

Yeah, I'unno why they didn't go with the logic Snyder and Co. used for Dawn of Justice... "It's gonna get out by this afternoon anyway... let's make sure the first thing people see is Official, not a blurry cellphone video." They still have the better part of a year to reveal more stuff.

What gets me, is they are pissed at one person leaking a video of the trailer, but don't give 2 craps about all set photos leaked and movie websites who publish these photos. In my opinion those set photos are 100 times more detrimental to the movie than the blurry trailer is. I remember when people saw Bane for the first time, even I was like oh no what is Nolan doing...turns out it was fine, but those unedited, out of context photos can be very damaging....hell just go look at the TMNT 2 set photos thread.

Avengers was good, Iron Man was good...Captain America 2 was really good...but honestly, The Dark Knight Trilogy, MoS, and now the trailers for BvS, and Suicide Squad....DC is by far and away headed towards absolute domination of comic book movies in the next 5 years.

I love Marvel and DC movies both, but I tend to rewatch the DC movies a lot more.

Wow it looks great, I have to do some research before i'll go see this movie.

Has it been said what rating they are planning to give this movie, PG13 or R.

I'm getting more excited seeing Deadpool, Batman vs Superman and Suicide Squad than X-Men, it hasn't really clicked with me yet. Dr Strange doesn't appeal to me yet.

If it's PG-13, it's definitely "The Dark Knight" PG-13, not "Avengers" PG-13.

Same here, I think Captain America 2 has been the only Marvel Studios movie I've re-watched more than once. I say Marvel Studios because X-Men 2 is amazing, and The Wolverine is the best Fox/Marvel movie so far.

I grew up on Batman, and Superman so I'm partial to DC.
