I think to bring in the obvious named character into the show because he's a fan favorite. Believe me, I'm not a fan of the episode, it's harmless fun but doesn't contribute to much.

As for Xever here, I think it had better potential as a tournament or more of an ambush at the end, but forming a mutant organization is not what I meant. I mean bring up his so called "gang" we heard about it in Casey Jones vs the Underworld.

Oh, I see. It would be nice to see Xever leading the south american gang, but we won't see it happen.

It's either he double mutates, leaves the foot clan and allies himself with the turtles, or return to his regular self.
