I used to be very nervous about the show doing well in the past several months till a month ago. After a renewal for a 5th season with these ratings I think things are still doing quite well. At this point I think I can say that the show is safe until either the ratings constantly slip below 1 million or we do not get a renewal for season 6 by next July.

The latest episode was seen by 1.37 million viewers.

As other members have mentioned, we really should not be worried about the series ending since it was renewed for a fifth season before the fourth even began.

Agreed, the show is going to have 7 seasons in the bag anyway. Mark my words.

This is coming from someone who says ratings will end the show when you were proven wrong on the previous page? The show is almost definitely going to go on at least 7 seasons.

I'm not saying Kraken was right on the previous page, but really man, you have no way of knowing for sure that this show will go on for at least 7 seasons, so just stop talking like you do.
Just remember, there's a huge difference between "this show is definitely going to have 7 seasons" and "I think the show is definitely going to have 7 seasons".

If season 6 gets announced next year then I think there could be a possibility be a season 7.

If there is going to be a season 7 then CyberCubed will more likely to keep saying that the the show will last 10 seasons.

I've been of the record that after Season 5, they should start making movies for the show. I'd rather see that than seasons with a thrown together vision that hasn't been well thought out and planed. Plus with the way things are going, By Season 5, who's going to be left to bring in as an alternative villain?

Plus, movies will be less to make, make more money for the franchise rather than just having ratings. And a potential movie could tie up all the loose ends of the show people are always complaining about. It's a win-win.

New villains, old villains, Shredder returns, etc. TMNT lore is DEEP. There is a lot they can still cover.

I dunno, yo. In the beginning it was easy to call CyberCubed nuts for calling 7 seasons. It seems like he might be onto something at this point.

But the way they've treated it so far is kind of meh. If they keep cramming the good stuff into single episodes, they're gonna have to resort to more and more sub-par stuff.

1.37 mil seems kind of one the lower end

They really need to advertise the show better. Starting by playing a preview for the next episode after each episode, reminding people it will come on the same time next week. This is good for casual fans of the show, most of us online are aware when a new episode will come on

- We have the Triceratons coming

- Lord Dregg will be a major villain

- Armaggon will be in Season 4

- Savanti Romero will obviously return

- Possibility of Bishop finally debuting

Plus whatever new unique villains they create similar to Newtralizer and whatnot.
