It'll probably be something where Mikey is thinking of a name, and then you see these images flashing before him, and one of them is the Mona Lisa painting.

That was a great start to the season; I particularly liked Leo geeking out more than once about being IINNNN SPAAAACCEEEE and relating things back to Space Heroes. Love the new version of the opening theme song, and the fact that April's yellow Jumpsuit has made a return from the 80's in a practical way.

Mixed feelings on the new Dregg; more good than bad. We'll see where they go with him.

I don't know about you guys, but I think there's more to Dregg's grocery than meets the eye. And I think the new intro says that we're getting an April focused episode soon.

You know, I think you're on to something there. A ton of people are complaining about Dregg's anger being dumb or lazily written. But what if it what he bought was something really, really special? We don't know just yet, so we can't really say what is and what isn't dumb...not just yet, I assume.

My only guess is that the shape of her face seems to be in a constant toothy smile, even when she's pissed.

He didn't buy it, he was selling it. If you looks at the three aliens he's with one of them pulls out some cash as in a "Here! Take my money!" kind of business manner.

Also when the vile is accidentally destroyed while Raph and April were trying to stop Dregg from "Om Nom Noming" Casey. And after the stuff blows away Dregg disparagingly says "My Malroqlavin Star Spice... That was worth five million zemulex!"

If he was buying it, he would have said "That cost me five million zemulex!"

I had noticed that too since Spice is a slang term for a mind altering drugs in the Star Wars and Dune Universe.

For example here's a variant known as Giggledust.

It's possible that Dregg uses slaves or people he has taken prisoner to obtain the star spice.

As Spice is dangerous to obtain, it was harvested in mines by criminals and slaves on the planets Kessel,Sevarcos II, Rori, Ryloth, Troiken, and Mon Gazza.

Even if it isn't a metaphor, just look at how important spices were a few hundred years ago in the real world.

Either eay I'd be pissed too if someone behaved as yhe Turtles did toward me. They need to get Splinter back into their lives, pronto.

They also had no idea who he was, and in Raphael and Casey's case they thought he was just someone they could vent on. As Raphael did say he didn't give a care about who Dregg was. And if Casey had left well alone Dregg probably wouldn't be hunting them down so he can feed them to his children. He'd still hunt them down but it's more likely that he would capture them and make them pay for insult another way
