In the 2k3 version after Monza Ram and his team are defeated by the Turtles, they are locked up as punishment until Traximus liberates them and begin their rebelion against Zenramon. Another person who would interesting to see would be La.  She doesn't have much character in the 2k3 version as she's mostly there as a background fighter. But since she is a blank slate she could become something if used.

Looks like Armaggon is going to be like The Lich. This character has minimal dialogue, while he does makes sound effects.

I forget, the turtles were sent back 6 months, right? Think that goes back far enough where Tiger Claw was stuck in Dimension X and wandering various alien worlds? Would be just great if the Turtles found past Tiger Claw and convince him to side with them. They can tell Tiger Claw about Shredder letting the Earth get destroyed, killing Billions.

There's an episode with a massive shark and people are genuinely surprised that there's a Jaws reference.
The amount of pop culture nods in nearly every episode and you 'can't believe' that they did the 'bigger ship' line. Wake up people. It was always going to happen.
