Probably and let's cross our figures that they do some justice this time.

It'll be interesting to see if they're painted the proper shade of green. There's all this mysterious air around whether or not companies can use the actual Fred Wolf turtle likeness given even the Figuarts are using style guides for their design. The only hope we can have for that is through the fact they looked right in their last Nick series appearance. If they don't look just like that, olive skin, grey belt buckles, etc. it'll be a major bummer.

I wish someone would just make a statement saying if they can't so we fans would stop being bummed out.
I've been wondering this for some time and had to wonder if that's why they went wild with the classics line and made the roided up Bebop & Rocksteady figure.
I'm still probably going to replace my playmates classics with the Figuarts toys as lone as the scale is good with the NECA TMNT & Revoltech.

This new Spittin' Raph really looks alot like the Raph figure from the larger Classic Collection line as pointed out earlier. Kinda makes me think you two are on to something!

Amen to that. The lone fact they can actually hold their weapons makes them better by default, not to mention that their sculpts are brimming with personality in comparison. I just hope they each have a unique head.

Can someone repost these pics to a different pic sharing site please? Every time I click on the link I just end up with a blank page.

Looks like he is based out of Texas. The figures are inching closer to PA! Definitely picking up Robug, Space Casey and Space April. The Spittin' ones are kind of cool too though. Is the crossover episode "The Manhattan Project" or are you guys referring to an upcoming episode?

I saw regular figures today with the painted eyes, but no letters on belt.

Wish they would decide how they want these figures so I can stop buying different variants. Maybe I'm falling right into their trap.

I always thought of the Fred Wolf Films series as a '90s toon. To each it's own, I guess. It spent more years in the '90s than it did in the 1980s.

Yeah the Leo and Don ones seem to have a different gimmick with popping eyes and tounge. Kinda weird. When I was a kid I only had 1 of the sewer spitting turtles (lifeguard Leo) but at least all 4 turtles got the spitting treatment back then. Also they were fun summer costumes so they had a lot of character.

These new ones have a throwback look to them at least so that's kinda cool.

Edit: Got a closer look at the pics of the card backs of the new figures and there really is no new Don at all!? They have Mikey in the spitting ones and tounge popping and Donnie gets the shaft again, wow!
