Halloween Turtles. I was surprised that these were not offered. I hope they are just in another package

At first I thought was bizarre. Then I read the tag line. Photobucket says its down for maintenance. So I'd guess the original pic will replace the kitten soon. However, it's a pretty cute kitten....

I am getting a second set of the movie figures (regular size). I should have them in a couple of days. Then, I will take some more pics of the vehicles etc.
I don't want to open my current set, as those will eventually be hung on the wall.

I believe it's something to do with living in China which is closer to where they're manufactured (Hong Kong), but I could be wrong.

My students keep asking the same question, to why I simply reply "I know a guy that knows a guy!!!"

I am expecting that second set of figures, and got excited when I was told that 14 figures had been sent on. I thought I was getting the Halloween trio, but no. I got a reply to my excited email saying he mistyped, and it should be 11. No loss, as the trio will be around soon enough.

Here is a quick comparison group shot.
The 4 2014 Turtles and their 2016 counterparts.

I completed the Technidrome tonight. Fitting the final section in was a pain and I thought it wouldn't connect ... Of course, it did in the end. I think it has great visual presence, and I'm sure, loaded with the movie figures, will look awesome.
It's still, I have to say, quite flimsy. Opening it up, you feel like it'll fall apart.
I think I will just keep it displayed on top of the beer fridge 😄
