When the Turtles, April and Casey return to Earth and reunite with Master Splinter and the Mighty Mutanimals after collecting the black hole generator pieces, would they be able to continue fighting Shredder and the Foot Clan and search for Karai? Will the humans vs mutants arc occur?

Huh? Why wouldn't that plot occur considering they already told us it's gonna?
