The Mikey one means orange. I don't have immediate recognition to the other characters, but they also probably are for colors as well.

Since these Kanji mean blue, purple, red, and orange it makes me wonder why they didn't use something a bit more creative. Why not have leadership or honor for Leo, strength for Raph, Wisdom for Donnie and heart for Mikey? Something to that effect.

It'd be too much effort. Too many variables given the translations aren't direct & they probably don't have a native speaker to check it.

Most of the main kanji the turtles wear have that.

Way to not take an extra five minutes to be a little more clever. Nor be clever enough to consider that any among the English speaking audience will be curious enough to find out what it says. Esp us dumb Americans, we're just supposed to think it looks cool and give it no further thought, I suppose. (And this is how people end up with bad tattoos.) Should just stick with what they had last time.

Guess I should know better than to expect anything deep from a section of 'Hollywood' who's art is about the equivalent of Pixy Stix; all just empty calories.

(I'm not really that annoyed at it, it's just a random little graphic, but still, come on now.)

Stephen Amell is probably gonna be the blandest version Casey Jones by far going by the footage shown so far. And I say this as someone who liked Arrow up till it pretty much jumped the shark.

The guy can't even play a comic accurate Oliver Queen personality-wise, who's bright idea was it to cast him as a character as over the top as Casey Jones???

And there's no doubt that the critics are gonna tear this to shreds. It may not even be because the movie's THAT BAD (but who am I kidding, it will be that bad.), it's just the fact that everyone's so negative about this movie, rightfully so.

When I first heard her line, I thought the same thing. Why does sound it like bedroom talk? It bothers me that when you hear Megan in interviews, she talks about wanting to be taken seriously as an actress, wanting roles that empower women, etc. which is great, but then why keep allowing yourself to be 'sexualized' onscreen by the same idiots (namely Bay) over and over again? I guess the paycheck means more than the integrity.

This. Its always bothered me that the CW took, what is basically the DC version of Tony Stark (personality wise), and ran him into the ground with your run of the mill CW drama. Arrow has its good moments from time to time, but even the writers know, its gotten formulaic and boring.

I heard he's a really nice guy, but his acting does not impress me at all. Both him and his cousin (actor for Firestorm) are there for two reason, hollywood smile, and muscles. They are both generic pretty boy actors, that are easily replaceable by any other.

Elias Koteas was the perfect casting. A mix of rough, and cool, plus the ladies seem to dig him too.
