The only place I've seen the OOTS blind bags were at Target. Not sure if they're Target exclusives or if they're just the only store with them around here. They were in a cardboard box on the shelf right below the action figure pegs. I honestly don't remember how much they were, but I would guess they were around $3-$4 apiece. They're pretty easy to feel to figure out which figure you're getting. I just felt for their weapons and easily picked out a Donatello (apparently I got the "Shadow Version"), Bebop and Rocksteady. I'll probably try to get the other 3 Turtles and maybe, if I have enough money, try to get a non-Shadow version of Donnie. I was surprised by how much I really like these figures.

Yeah, likewise Target is the only place I've seen them. Just there nearby the rest of the movie toys. If I recall they were $3.99.

I'm thinking, should I get Mutants in Manhattan or a movie action figure/blind bag when I come back from where I'm going this weekend?

There's a pretty large difference in price & medium between the two. One's a $40 game, the other a $4 toy. Do you want to spend very little money on a shelf piece, or a larger chunk on something you can play for years?

I don't use the figures for display, well I do sometimes but I'm a immature teen. I play with them, but I might be allowed to spend my money on both if madam allows it

Now that it has finally premiered, my nearest Walmart finally got most of the rest of the stuff out. Took them darn long enough. Well, still no truck. (Nor April, but not sure she is anywhere yet.)

Aren't they lucky I was considering getting a second disguised Leo to leave in the package (a first for me) and wanted to grab a Donnie since I lacked him after getting all disguised figures.

I don't know how some people collect everything possible... Between the main movie figure line, blind bag, and Mega Bloks, I have 10 of my fave Turtle for this film alone. o.O (Plus some siblings and baddies of certain sets.) Think the only one of him I don't have is from the one large Mega Bloks set that it just too big and pricey for my taste.

So I know this is the movie toys thread but due to the TMNT 2 thread getting locked I had to post it here. So remember that orange crush tmnt themed soda bottles? Well I was at a party last night and I found 4 bottles of those. I took all the labels

Yeah, not at all. I played with action figures into my early teens as well. As life goes on you'll find it's good to keep a youthful spirit, & enjoy what you like without society dictating your hobbies.

Yeah, if it makes you feel any better I was 14 or 15 when my TMNT 3 figure still had his own bunk bed made out of popsicle sticks and bedding from scrap fabric filled with a little of the fluffy stuff I used in my fish tank filter (unused of course lol). Still have that bunk bed (though someone lost most of the bedding), was pretty crafty back then.

So I figured I'd post completed repaints/head swaps of these movie figures. The figures themselves are honestly some of the best Playmates product in years, but I just couldn't let them remain unchanged.

It's nice to hear that other older people still play with their figs. Also prepare to rage cause I was going to get Krang's Cryo Chamber but I decided I had to complete my OOTS figure want list so I got

Nice repaint man!

I normally have my figures as drawing reference. I need visual aid unlike many other gifted people.
