This forum is based on the original 80s cartoon. It's not for kids cause anyone back then is in their 30s now. It's not exactly for new fans. And I feel sorry for anyone that got introduced to the turtles on this movie alone. At least the current cartoon is better.

Agreed. I never understood the enthusiasm for James Cameron's twin Goliaths. It finished with 2 Billion 68.2 Million. Third all-time any way you look at it.

Sequels getting to America? Just over half of the movies out at my local theaters are 2nd or 3rd installments in a series. This movie is better than the first one and I expected the $ intake would show that. A shame.
