Dvd questions?

Hey guys, I was at Walmart today and picked all of these up. I was curious though about a few things.

1.why did they start with seasons 5-10 in the double feature style?
2.anyone know any info about seasons 1-4?? I literally can not find a single detail about these DVDs.

So those 5-10 DVD's are a variant. They originally had normal ones then they made them double feature most likely for sales. I have the complete season 3 DVD but I have seen a video that explains the other ones. The season 1 DVD has all 5 first episodes but a couple of season 10 episodes. Season 2 is just Season 2. Season 3 has all of the episodes but it has the Season 4 premiere episode. Note that all of those first 3 seasons had the episodes in order on the DVDs. There is a version of the Season 3 DVD that has all the episodes spread across 4 discs but the complete one which is the one I have has all the DVD's in it. I think the Season 4 DVD was first released in a pizza box looking case but it was changed to a normal case later. I also think its when the episodes started being put out of order. If Season 4 isn't the pizza box case then I'm pretty sure its Season 5 with that. When we got the Season 9 DVD all the episodes were back in order and then we got the Final 10th season DVD. Seasons 9 and 10 are not mentioned in the video because it was made before those were released but I can tell you that its just Season 9 having all its episodes in order and Season 10 having the same thing. Okay I searched it up and Season 5 is the one with the pizza box case. There are 3 variants of the DVD. The pizza box case one which is the same as the average release but obviously with a different case, the average release one, and one that is the average one but has 'Planet of the Turtleoids' in it. Season 6 was normal but the episodes were out of order as I said before about 5-8. Actually, check back. Season 5 had 4 variants because the double feature type one, same with the ones after it so oopsie. Anyways season 7 had 3 variants. The double feature, the average one, and the one with 'Once upon a Time Machine' and either 'Return of the Planet of the Turtleoids' or that first episode Hokum Hare appeared in. Then Season 7 is normal with the episodes out of order, same with Season 8 and I've already relayed the Seasons 9 & 10 DVD information so that about wraps it up. Most of the variants were created for more DVD sales because "dey want da moola" but there is a box set that looks like the Party Wagon that has all of the seasons in it. It usually appears in stores around November but you can find it easily on Amazon or Ebay for a decent price but yeah. Here is that video I talked about (Most of the things I said I had to find out myself but in case I made any errors with the episode orders and things I suggest you watch it, I could've missed something too but hey, at least I'm relaying the link to you): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmlpZrbyY3c
It also talks a bit about 2k3 DVDs but its outdated info. Hope this helps, its practically all you need to know about the original DVDs.

Holy crap that was literally my longest post yet...
OH YEAH, I messed up. Those two episodes 'Once upon a Time Machine' and 'Planet of the Turtleoids' were NOT on the DVDs I listed. They put them in the Season 10 DVD. So there ya go. The video does have some more tiny parts that I missed like how the Season 4 DVD has Season 5's first episode so you best watch it.

Holy Load of Information Batman!!! Thanks for all that!!! That's crazy awesome!

Though I'm still confused why they haven't released a variant of seasons 1-4. Though okay I suppose 1-2 they did... But 3&4 left out seems odd. Still stoked I got all these for around $50 or less.

Season 3 used to be Volumes 3, 4, 5, and 6 and I remember seeing volumes 5 & 6 as a double feature in the $5 bin at Walmart(and I almost bought it, too... until I saw the complete Season 3 in the same bin for the same price. ). I'm going to assume that volumes 3 & 4 had a double feature release, so those are the season 3 variants.

I'm guessing they didn't make season 3 and 4 a double feature because those seasons are big enough by themselves with Season 3 having 47 episodes and the Season 4 set having 40 episodes.

These new double features of the later seasons... does each season have its own case? Or do they cram all 4-5 discs in to one dvd case?
