[Want to Buy] Correct TMNT 2003 Notes from the Underground DVD spine

I have been searching forever for the correct spine image for the Notes from the Underground vol. 5 DVD. I know they are out there, I just can't ever seem to get one on eBay at the right price, etc.

If anyone has one, please let me know! It drives me nuts that my collection looks like I have two of the same DVD!
