if it does turn out 2 be a result of his mind being affected (mind worm or shinigami's hypnotism) then unfortunely it may not last long unless its a advanced condition that aprils "powers" wont work on

I think we will see Dark Leonardo in the debut episode of WingNut due to the fact that he is seen wearing the same stuff that he was wearing as Dark Leonardo. I'm not sure.

Also one thing that got me thinking is why is he throwing out Hun? I mean, aren't The Foot Clan and Purple Dragons allies? Unless since it's "City at War", is possible that every gang is against each other. Also I think the Mutanimals will help out since Mondo Gecko is also in the trailer. Also he join the Mutanimals recently, right? Or was he announced to join the Mutanimals alongside with Muckman?

Dark Leo theory

If Leo is hypnotized to Dark Leo in the Episode Broken Foot then it could last just 1 episode because he seems back to normal in The Insecta Trifecta and Bat in the Belfry.

But it could last more than 1 episode even though he looks normal in those episodes because he could still be under hypnotism and not even knowing it. Shinigami could just contact him some how and say ‘I need you’ and he turns back to Dark Leo.

if it does last more than 1 ep then pretty sure itll be that type of sleeper agent thing, especially w/ that segment of the promo where the fortune cookie factory blows up and the others get blown out of the building

besides, that concept art of leo and raph in the same type of gear would be pointless, not 2 mention the teamup ep that was mentioned at the panel

however considering how past eps have turned out, not expecting alot from nick at this point


just thought of this but y would they make a new look 4 the dark leo bit if it was only gonna last 1 ep?

in clash of the mutanimals, despite raph being under mind control, he had no change 2 his look aside from sliding on that pair of gauntlets

Since we're supposed to have a Humans Vs Mutants story, I'm thinking that dude might be Dirk Savage, or an original character serving a similar role. Quite curious about him. Nick's human characters are usually pretty dope, unlike many from series past.

If we didn't already have Hun in the series I would have said he would look like a black-haired Hun, similar to the IDW version at first.

Maybe he's just a mobster? They'll probably bring back that fat Italian Mob Boss and this guy might be one of his cronies.
