"We're DC fans. It's what we do"

Best I could think of.

Reported. I believe you're ruining the thread, as Atleast Zarius can stay on topic and not mock others. Someone needs to learn a little bit on how to argue
You're instigating this whole thing. You need to calm down.

Of course you guys like it, it was made for you.

You can always resort to alternative means to be the better person, people can understand criticisms, even exaggerated ones, and still enjoy something in spite of them.

Nice attempt to push all the blame to me, but nope. Your a huge part of the problem. You just attempt to bother people, not even discuss the thread. That's all you do. Ever. You do nothing but cause issues on every thread you visit.

If you were to go into a store to buy them, you'd probably be looking for:
Boyshort panties.

You're acting as if the critic reviews were "positive criticism"

No sir. any review I've read has been dramatically cruel and aggressive.

No way should we add critique to any of that if we like the film. It's getting too much critique without us.

I've always felt that the more people need affirmation from others/critics the more those people know its not a good movie.

I'd be curious to know what the short-term profits look like at Hot Topic after this movie. I mean, so much Harley Quinn merch...

Nice psycho analysis, but I and other would be posting our love for this movie regardless of critics. Just explaining why we aren't adding extra critique in.

I liked this movie. I want more. I tell people all the good so they see it, trying to cancel out the overdramatize critics telling everyone it's bad.

There's the psycho analysis, Doctor

I weep for the number of girls who will fetishize her relationship with Joker, much the same way I did for the girls who thought Twilight was actually romantic.

That's why I think a lot of the cut Joker material is actually a good thing. Make the movie more accessible.

But yeah, as much fun as Harley Quinn is, she's seriously messed up. People should not be idolizing or emulating her. At all.

Dude, dropping the C-bomb? Really?

As Patrick Demsey says in Flypaper, "I don't like that word."

Yeah, that was pretty bone-headed of me, I apologise for that, it just sucks Electric resorted to that one thing he was advising me not to get upset about earlier in the weekend and used it to get under my skin to fuel his ridiculous overdefensive attitude to a movie he's probably not even going to remember in ten years, and all I was doing was try to be a bit more restrained and tactful in an argument. He proved to be the immature instigator at the end of it all and I think that's rather telling. Didn't he say the thing he liked about me was I did'nt mock anyone? And then HE mocks me?

But still, I take back what I said. Wasn't called for, but he knew exactly what he was doing when he used that to get at me.

One of the things keeping me from seeing this movie in the theaters is the apparent woobification of Joker's relationship with Harley. It's toxic and abusive, and it shouldn't be toned down.

Electric I like you, that won't change. However, do me a favor right now and, in the words of Chris Jericho, "Shut the hell up!"

The only person who has attempted to start any fights from what I've read since opening day is you, at least by page 39 and later done again on 41 and then these last few pages. I'm aware Cubed hasn't seen the movie and being a pain, that I can't change nor the joking attitude of others. For God's sakes, put them on ignore, stop feeling obligated to respond if the views won't change because, let's face it, we aren't changing () and quit the malarkey.

We get it, you like the movie. However, if you think it's cruel for critics to unfairly bash, then show us links to the stuff. Need I bring up the fact from a while ago, right before opening day mind you, that the immaturity lengths the DC fans took? I refuse to group you in that, but it's this attitude that makes me wish we had nice things for DC films in recent times, sans the Dark Knight Trilogy as it's still a bit recent. Hopefully, this thread gets cleaned or something, this nonsense is pitiful; I'm neutral until I see this film.

I agree with Plastron (wow!). Harley/Joker fans are insufferable people the way it is. We don't need their relationship to be a love story now.

For one, I'll apologize. I was being a dick in that post.

But second, dear lord you always have to be the victim don't you.

You're just as much of an overreacter as I am. You have your own way of mocking in your posts too, like this one right here.

You are just as involved as I am. I can't sit here and argue with myself

The comics have done a pretty good job of unshackling Harley from Joker, though who knows if that will last in favor of synergy.
