Hm... seeing it next to the next size down makes me think maybe it's too big for what I want. Do you have any 3.75" or 4" figures you could stand next to it?

EDIT: Never mind, I actually found them in a store today and bought them. They shall serve my purpose.

I'm enjoying my technodrome playset. I read online somewhere that it didn't sell well, so we won't be getting an animated one for the Nick series. Who else likes their movie Technodrome? I'm usually putting Nick series figures in it.

I haven't picked it up yet, it looks neat, but I'm waiting for a lower price.

It is fun. Not the best, but the fact that it is a Technodrome makes it worth having to me. I like how some of the old features (trap door, missile turret) are incorporated on this new playset. Definitely a favorite play set of mine. I wish I had the old one.

Who wants to bet that if they did go through with the Nick one, it'd be a crappy repaint of this one?

I'm liking the Bebop figure in the SDCC set.
The bike is nice in hand.

Out of the box comparison, to remove window flash.

After initial disinterest in this set, I'm glad I picked it up.

Has anyone found the T-Sprints yet?
I noticed that Playmates has removed Krang and Casey from their website.

Yep, I've seen them sporadically at Walmart over the summer as well.

Here are a couple of shots of the two sets for you:

The original has more details and features, and opens up to form a big area. The movie version is quite striking m, visually whilst in display.

When did they start releasing OotS Turtles without the OotS logo? My local Fred Meyer finally got the basic OotS line (only second time I've seen them in a store!) and none of the Turtles have "Out of the Shadows" written on the card despite clearly being the OotS figure.

EDIT: On DVD's pic on the bottom of pg 60, it looks like Leo and Raph are missing the logo. I've got a Don, and literally zero of the Turtles - and only the Turtles -at the store had OOtS written on them.

I got those guys at the same time, and honestly, I hadn't noticed they didn't carry the subtext.
I would believe that it was the first print run that missed that out, rather than later ones.

Those grappling backpacks were pretty cool on the show. Would be cool to see those on figures....I think the Mega Bloks have something similar...

Edit: So yeah, they're out now. Spyline Turtles

I think I remember when I purchased them when they first came out, my Leo didn't have the subtext but the rest did.

Of course they would make the excuse that it didn't sell well before. They haven't really made hardly any of the Kraang army from the show anyway. We got a hover bike and one Kraang robot.

What about Kraang Prime, Biodroid, Kraang Sub-prime, Krang 80's universe, Kraang soldier with wings, Kraang Soldier in blue, Kraang soldier human suit, Kraang van, Kraang flying saucer, Kraang Walker.
