Yeah, I agree that you are being too hard on the series because of the airing schedule.

It's like every time you get back in to it, you get a long hiatus, that throws you out the story line again.

I'm starting to get pretty confused with all the contradictions. But I trust more the @tmnt twitter account than Zap2it (because the last one had few wrong dates in the past)

Those scenes that have Splinter talking to Leo from the trailer are from Revenge of The Super Shredder.

Obviously ignore the date because I guess Nickelodeon changed there minds at the last minute, so they are repeating the last 3 episodes instead.

It sort of happened with The Cosmic Ocean, they had a set date for it but then they changed the schedule and aired it 2 months later.

Believe me the only thing I will be happy when the show finishes is that we will no longer be victims of more hiatus by Nickelodeon

A Hiatus sucks for those of you that enjoy and are excited for the show. For me, not so much. I can wait but let's try to understand this. When each season ends, it runs right into the next season shortly after. Not many shows do this. By doing this they need to space the episodes out so they actually have time to make them and don't fall behind hence the reason why we have a cluster of new episodes and then a break. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't most shows air all of the season or half of it regularly and then take a really long break until the next season's episodes are finished? So if TMNT would follow this model of releasing episodes, we could get all or half of the season but then have a super long break when waiting for the next season. It kind of sucks but I understand why they do it. Now, I'm not sure how it's promoted because I don't keep up with that side of it very much. I haven't watched it on TV in ages but if it's not promoted well, then that's a whole other issue.

Yeah they have been promoting the latest 3 episodes. Including a promo to repeat the last episodes.

This hiatus will quickly fly by because of Christmas coming up so everyone will be busy.

I'm crossing my fingers and hoping they will air the last 4 episodes in January.

I rather wait 6 months for a new season then wait 3 in the middle of a freaking arc...

I'm so confused. What is "Powers Unleashed"? Is that the last three episodes of the season mashed together? And if so, isn't there an episode missing?

Yes it is and yeah the episode missing is Revenge of Super Shredder which will now air in January/February.

Obviously Revenge of the Super Shredder was meant to air on Dec 4th but the 'amazing' Nickelodeon schedule team changed there minds and decided to repeat the last 3 episodes instead.

Don't know why they changed it, maybe Revenge of The Super Shredder would of ended on a cliffhanger with an upsetting ending so Nick probably thought it was best to air it with the last 3 episodes instead in January/February.
