Take with a grain of salt but episode 24 might be called Dead Dreams.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o....E2.80.9316.29

But with some of the other previous episodes been leaked on Wikipedia in the last few months, it could be a real title.

Most titles wind up being real, but what does it matter. Titles barely tell what happens in an ep.

Hey guys, I was thinking: I remember last year there was a book where it told the whole story of Annihilation Earth (season 3 finale), and it was sold weeks before the premiere

Do you think it will happen the same way with the season 4 finale?

I hope not and I don't think so, I have had a look on Amazon.com for a new books coming out but there's nothing on the season 4 final.

Just needed to say that. It pisses me off so bad that people are actually getting paid for the sh*t schedule Nickelodeon has right now.

Another long break? Man Nick sucks with this series. It's like what they are doing with Fairy Odd parents season 10, they hardly air the new episodes and you wouldn't know when they were airing either. Not that I've liked Fairy Odd Parents in years, just comparing the two.

I don't know how many times around that time of year (January-February) when episodes have been postponed and explained with American football because the Superbowl final game is played. Somtimes also the Olympic Winter Games.

I've been wondering myself..

is turtles the ONLY CG Nick show with major delays?

the excuse was that it takes alot of time to do all the original elements. And while that statement is without a doubt 100% true....i wonder if other cg shows take breaks this long...

I'd almost dare to say nick doesn't believe in it and is trying to kill it's momentum with these long breaks.

Isn't production of all episodes from a season completed once its first episode air.

I think that's how it USED to be done.

but then again, that was back in the days when shows aired 26 episodes straight through (minus winter and holiday breaks).

Now seasons really mean nothing thanks to dvr services.

.
Most TV shows have NEVER aired entire seasons straight without any reruns breaks.

Well, to be fair, Miraculous (the other Nick CG show) doesn't even get airtime as far as I know. But, yeah, that's kinda the way it is. If a show doesn't break ground and absolutely shock the world with how good it is within its first two seasons (aka, it needs to become the new SpongeBob in two seasons or less), Nick cancels it. That's not even speculation, that's a business practice they've been doing for years now.

Just look at Harvey Beaks. Poor show never got broadcast often, and all advertisements for new episodes seemed to cease after the first two episodes. Instead of cleaning the schedule up and putting Harvey or any other Nick show in the place of the 10+ hours a day of SpongeBob or the 4+ hours a day of the useless sitcoms that nobody watches anymore (look it up, the numbers have gone down dramatically since the early 2010s), they decide that the show just can't be a cash-cow and move it to Nicktoons, where it lives out its last days on life support.

It pisses me off that every animated show on Nickelodeon that isn't SpongeBob just gets this treatment all the time now. And TMNT isn't a slouch. Regardless that it's their second most-successful currently-running animated show, how many times a week does it get aired on Nickelodeon proper? Once at 11am-- I mean, 9am on a Sunday? Back when Season 1 was airing, they would dedicate Friday nights to 3 hour marathons of the show leading up to a new episode. While Friday primetime isn't a smart place to put your show, 3 hours of it is damn good, and the ratings were quite great back then. Now, watch the ratings dwindle in numbers because of the sh*t scheduling behind Nickelodeon. And then these bigwigs wonder why none of their shows ever break ground.

Seriously, Nickelodeon needs to pull itself together. Because once SpongeBob is gone, none of their shows are going to catch wind because they don't know how to treat a show that isn't SpongeBob, and Nickelodeon will be on its way out.

Damn. That was a longer rant than I meant it to be.

No. Sometimes episodes are finished like a week before they air.

But all of season 4 is done and waiting to air, has been for weeks now.

Both Nick and Cartoon Network are known to cancel all their shows and just focus on a select few like Spongebob or Teen Titans Go, whatever makes them the most money currently.

They've been doing it since at least maybe....2005 or so? So they've gotten away with it for more than a decade. Sad thing is 90's and early 2000's Nick and CN was actually quite good and had a lot of varied shows.

Sadly this isn't the 90's or early 2000's anymore. So everything either gets canceled fast and the bad shows are given endless seasons and run into the ground.

it makes me wish for the old days when tmnt would air on cbs or fox on Saturday morning. sure we'd get reruns but that was cool, we might have missed it when it first aired. i still say someone in charge of scheduling wants this show to fail. sad thing is they're probably winning.

TMNT is quite cinematic in its approach though. It routinely has sequences that wouldn't look out of place in a film. It's not just animating the models, it's the camera angles (and not all of them are stationary - so there's that to animate) and the stuff like rain and light/shadows. It's quite elaborate for a 'kid's show'.

So I don't think they're lying about each episode taking so much time to make.

But likewise, I wouldn't put it past a company like Nickelodeon to semi-sabotage a show so they can put out fresh meat for the audience to lap up.

Is that something new for CGI animation?

Yep, I agree, they arn't lying about that. (look, doomsayer attention seekers, I said something positive. Bet you'll ignore that and only focus on the negative. smh)

I just wonder If Nick is intentionally delaying the episodes for whatever reason. Cause the longer the breaks go on, the lower the ratings get. and they've been dropping quite steadily. I don't watch any other shows on nick, so I don't know how they operate, but just wondering.
