I also notice that Leo looks like he's in pain when Raph pulls him back, I wonder if he's hurt his ribs.

Judging by their condition in the video above, it looks like that might take place after they defeat Super Shredder. Just a guess though.

Probably but I think it could be from Revenge of The Super Shredder because Leo still has his old swords and he's expected to have new swords when he wears his dark gear again soon (Probably last episode of season 4) and he will continue using the new swords in season 5.

Yeah well we still have to see that scene of Splinter saying Shredder is still alive. It was in a promo, and there were black bars, most likely meaning it was at the end of the episode. So it most likely is from the episode Revenge of the Super Shredder. They defeat him, the turtles celebrate then at the end Splinter gets a vision or something and learns that Shredder's still alive.

Just a theory.

Looks like one of those Training sessions where they all have to work as a team to take down Splinter.
