Two-Headed Foot Soldier?

I could have sworn there was a two-headed Foot Soldier in some issue of TMNT Adventures, but I've tried Google, my stack of books, and a brief scroll through TMNT Entity and I haven't found squat.

Am I just senile?

Are you sure it wasn't just poor artwork two Foot soldiers standing side by side?
