So are we ever getting that toddler Turtles episode? What happened to it? Since it's only a one-part episode I don't know why they don't air it to get it out of the way.

Maybe because Renet is involved on it, they want to keep it with the Monster Arc too

I'm thinking the same. Maybe it has a final scene that leads into the monster arc?

This season is airing completely out of of order. Assuming that episode list from the other day is right then the next arc should be be the Bebop & Rocksteady/80s crossover arc but we know we're getting the Usagi arc next.

There may be a production reason for the switch around - re recordings or rewrites or somesuch.

At least this season has that as an easy option - the mini arc system allows them a fair bit of flexibility depending on how much any given arc changes the status quo. I presume Mona doesn't appear in the horror arc for instance.

Actually come to think of it, where the hell was Casey in all of that? Has Karai basically supplanted him?

Casey doesn't have to be in every epsiode, there were a lot of Season 3-4 episodes he wasn't in either.

I think they might've changed the order around after making the episode for story reasons since in the theme song, Newtralizer appears after the villains in the Kavaxas Arc.

Alopex wasn't mentioned specifically, but Minae Noji was confirmed to do voicework for season 5. Since we already had an episode dedicated to Tang Shen, Alopex is most likely appearing again, this time without Tiger Claw though.

Hopefully they reconcile with one another and Alopex mentions that Tiger Claw has changed his ways. I would like for a character like Tiger Claw to ultimately leave as a good guy rather than be killed off or remain hostile since he showed moments of his honour throughout the series.

It's hard to predict how the show will end, I do think they'll be one final arc with the Kraang, as you said most likely showing them defeated for good. Or you'll see them in the 80's crossover (since Kraang subprime already met 80's Krang), etc.

My predictions:

- Nick's Bebop/Rocksteady will meet their 80's incarnations in the next crossover. That will be their final appearance in this series of course.

- Alopex next episode will provide some closure with Tiger Claw, with her likely telling the Turtles through those anime flashback images that she and her brother reconciled their difference.

- There will be one final Kraang invasion at the end of the show, with them being defeated and the Utroms being freed of their control for good.

- Mutagen Man will be shown de-mutated 70 years in the future, if we do indeed get a Future Turtles storyline. Timmy will be the same age he was when he mutated, so still a 15 year old or whatever he was but with old Don.

I hope for a dark future timeline with flooded streets like Archie or maybe "Same as It Never Was", far more interesting than Mutagen Man.

If you've seen When World's Collide, you should see that there's an indication that Kraang Prime really is dead.
