You know, it would actually be a brilliant move if Nick was to purposely plant/leak the worst they've got, ideas that they passed on (or prior to dramatic improvements), only to reveal something that then looked beautiful in comparison.

I had wondered the same about the leaks

then what they reveal something else in hope it is taken better, We'll know for sure later if these are fake, early stage or final design, the shadow shape of Leo released doesn't look bad but you can't tell much from a shadow.

As for the 'give it a chance' comments, it's more the designs people are talking about at this point than the show itself, though seeing them in an episode is a different thing it does help enthusiasm to start if people don't hate the look of them.

Plants sure work weird, or at least the ones we get. Aren't plants basically pretending to be normal forum posters and subtlety help hype a product? The ones we get don't hype anything, rather they violently lash out at whoever disses their product.

The previous plants haven't been that much of a plant and more of an undercover damage control, to try to contain, defend or explain away the complaints about the product.

Well, assuming that's real I like that they are taller than I expected and don't mind the shape (of the 3) but not liking Raph having so much more muscle than the others and also his face, nor Leo's face much either but Raph I like least. (prefer Leo being a brighter green but they can't keep it the same I suppose)

Are those supposed to be powers coming from the weapons?

April looks fine.
