So we know Draxum's goal is to protect mutants, which I guess he is aiming to do in part by simply mutating all humans.
So I guess Splinter, pre-mutation, is injected by an oozesquito and turned into a rat mutant? Do the oozesquitos carry random assortments of animal DNA? So then how did the Turtles originate? Was it accidental or intentional? |
