The strangest thing. Right as I clicked on this thread, that song ran through my head.

*Shark_Blade* · 02-01-2016, 05:30 AM

It is a pretty popular song indeed, over 1 billion views on YouTube in just 3 months.

Raphael - Part of That World PART 17

*BubblyShell22* · 08-27-2016, 04:48 PM

Awesome pics, Sharky. Really like the Adele one, too. That's one of my favorite songs.

*Shark_Blade* · 02-16-2018, 06:49 PM

Cheers, Bubbly! Sorry for the late reply.

And geez, I haven't drawn in like a year and a half. So here's a Superman color warm up.

*Shark_Blade* · 02-24-2018, 06:25 AM

I'm drawing Okoye from Black Panther.

*Shark_Blade* · 02-24-2018, 06:33 PM

WIP Okoye.

Hmmm.. maybe I should enlarge her right eye just a bit..

*Shark_Blade* · 02-24-2018, 08:22 PM

Booyah! Now for some shadow inking and later on coloring shading!

*Shark_Blade* · 02-25-2018, 06:51 AM

And I'm done!

Clicky

Good stuff bud. Watch the hands though. On your last one it looks like forgot to draw the finger grasping the staff or simply colored over them. Superman's hair is really impressive, giving it volume and body make it stand out in terms of quality.

*Shark_Blade* · 02-25-2018, 02:00 PM

Cheers for the feedback! Yeah the fingers I must have missed out on them.

Thank you.

Truly amazing artistry.

I still struggle to draw a turtle's head from the 80's cartoon haha!

Omigosh, thank you for the compliment!

I'm struggling with anatomy too, particularly limb muscles. Let's keep on drawing!

And I feel this Bob Ross advice I found recently is particularly inspiring and useful for us all:

“i’m sad and idk how to feel better”

“i don’t know what to draw”

“i always mess up”

“BUT I SUCK”

*Shark_Blade* · 03-11-2018, 12:23 AM

So this is my next sketch: Black Panther vs Ulysses Klaue (his name is so hard lol).

I plan to do a night city background for this, though I hate doing background but it won't look right without it so... Lord help me.

So here we go. Sketch part done.

Next is lineart.

Man, this thread is so awesome, can't believe I didn't know it existed until a few days ago.

Love your art, Shark Blade
