This was pretty great, I really like the additions to Raph's backstory.
I did spot one minor continuity error. Remember how Bishop told Mikey and Mondo he wasn't interested in studying mutants anymore and just wanted to throw them in a ditch? Guess he really changed his mind on that one.
I think that has to do with the Turtles being... well, the Turtles. Bishop mentions that they seem to be special for some reason.
