Just got my shredder yesterday I must say I was impressed. Possibly one of my favorite shredders. The paint with the combo of both colors are very nice,the details on the eyes are lovely.

For those having trouble getting all five sets after ordering the package deal, it appears that Gamestop may be finally making good on the orders. I was one of those that ordered the package deal only to have Gamestop just not bother to ship the Batgirl/Donatello set. I contacted them at the time and was told that it would be shipping eventually. (I didn't trust them so I bought two sets at one of the local Gamestops just in case.) This week I finally got the shipping notice for the Shredder/ Ras set. As this now put them past the expected shipping date, I emailed Gamestop support again and asked for a refund on the set they never shipped. I was told that a refund wasn't possible and I should wait for it to ship. After pointing out that the missing set has been available in store and on their site for three months, I finally got a shipping notice today.

TLDR: for those who ordered all five sets and missed any of them, email now and demand they be shipped or for a refund. Customer Service email: [email protected]

i had the same issue just never contacted Gamestop. i bought my Donnie/Batgirl set in store but noticed my Batgirl had 2 right hands so i decided to wait for the one to be shipped to me. had i known it would take over 2 months, oh well i have 2 of them now. my Donnie/Batgirl set was shipped with Shredder/Ras set too

once again i will not shed a tear when Gamestop goes under. with customer service like this and overall decline of customer support they have shot themselves in the foot for any future business from me

Precisely this. I wasted a ton of time with them on the phone over these figures, and then over the last month they all sorted of randomly trickled in. So, while I'm glad I finally got the figures, it was an absolutely absurd process, and they were not easy to deal with.

Last year I also had issues with Gamestop, while ordering these figures.

I received one and they had no record of the other I ordered, never got a confirmation, and wouldn't refund me.
Called my bank, disputed charge, got a forced refund from GS.

Then the second figure shows up a month later. Ya snooze, ya lose, GS.

I’m sorry that some are experiencing issues.
Mine seem to be arriving more or less at the expected times.
Mikey and Alfred arrive this weekend. I’m still enjoying this range a lot .

Sent s message asking if his /hers was different from the 250 GS set. Never got a response
