unfortunately i think scalpers just taught NECA that their fans are desperate for their product and will pay a premium to get it. NECA is just capitalizing on that themselves now.

Well it's not like they're getting a kickback from Fedex. They're still selling the figure for $30 and in theory making the same off each one.

I should have been patient. I have a Metalhead pre ordered with CMD store. I'm debating on canceling and ordering from NECA, but I think I remember reading CMD charges a fee for canceling pre orders.

Well it definitely beats driving around to every Target, only to come out disappointed... plus I hate to feeding the pigs (scalpers). So hopefully the $20 shipping fee is flat, since I plan on buying 2 Metal heads and 1 Casey pack.

It's the Casey replica mask, not the 2-pack.

I hope they add Leatherhead/Slash and April/Foot at some point.

Damn it, MetalHed is going up? My only justification for not spending the money was inflated price. I just love that little chest-blaster he has, but I know I'll be over the figure in less than a year and not know what to do with it.

Seems like NECA is trying to address the shipping situation. They've not only sent a $5 coupon for their site to anyone who was able to grab a Super Shredder, but have also announced that future pre-orders will have a flat rate.

Just found the Slash/Leatherhead 2 pack at a Target I frequent here! I didn't see it on the shelf as they had 1 Casey/Foot pack. I asked a guy who knows the Neca stuff and he checked the back and sure enough, he brought out the only set this Target received in their Neca shipment. The box had some minor dings but it's fine because I have it.

But a huge shoutoutto the Rarget guy that was very nice and helpful!

Every Target employee I've talked to hasn't been much help at all. Glad they got you one.

I'm probably late to the light bulb party on this one, but I suppose it makes 100% sense that Neca is being allowed to sell these through their online store, given the circumstances around the virus. Some of these figures were in development before this situation was under way, so it only makes sense to allow them a chance to get their product into the hands of people who can't go out to a retail store.

No coupon as of yet, I was one of those who got charged $20 shipping for Shredder. I did however, find a $10 Neca gift card email that I had completely forgotten about.
