How convenient that we have seen the packs that there was little doubt of what they'd be, but the ones people are curious about are nowhere to be seen.....

Right? Always be sure to check your expectations at the door when it comes to playmates. Because they will always offer the least desirable stuff

so outside of that Australian store, are we seeing other retailer pre orders for the party wagon?

No other retailers have pre-orders for the Turtle Party Wagon yet.

I find it odd that a online toy shop in Australia is the only one that has pre orders right now? Oh well...hopefully we will see something soon. Still bummed I sold the re-released one years ago.

The Turtle Party Wagon reissue is a Walmart exclusive. It is currently out of stock online, but you can get an in-stock alert from Walmart.com or wait for it to come to stores later this year or next year.

I also scored a Party Wagon this morning... barely. I passed on the other reissues of this, so this will now be my only 88 Party Wagon that I own, since I no longer have my original.

Where are the links to these? Where was the notification that these were being released online today?

Party Wagon - https://www.walmart.com/ip/TMNT-Orig...mpaign_id=9383

Leonardo - https://www.walmart.com/ip/TMNT-Clas...mpaign_id=9383

Mikey - https://www.walmart.com/ip/TMNT-Clas...mpaign_id=9383

Raph - https://www.walmart.com/ip/TMNT-Clas...mpaign_id=9383

Donnie is the only turtle missing from Walmart.com.

I cannot find any notifications online, but the classic turtles and Turtle Party Wagon went live at 4pm yesterday. Some collectors found the listings randomly when looking for other items on the Walmart website.

I know that these don’t get a lot of love, but I like the sets, and they look pretty neat on display.
Playmates can’t come close to NECA, with their amazing classic figure range: these sets are a nice counterpoint, visually. If everyone was making everything to the same quality... anyways, these sets are a lot of fun.

The price is actually not bad (around $35 for two-pack) and the packaging is reminiscent of NECA. I wouldn't mind replacing some of my KOs. I remember B or R were previously almost $50 a piece. Maybe they've figured out a way to keep prices down (perhaps, to compete with the KOs)? Well, anyways, I hope these land on BBTS because I'm not quick enough to catch the Walmart listings.

You know, I was thinking...
If they release more figures, like Slash, Ace Duck,
Baxter etc these smaller scale figures could have a future.
Just don't display them with those juiced up overgrown turtles
that they come with.

WOW THESE ARE GREAT.... is something I would have said if these were released 7 years ago or so.

I am actually surprised they appear to be new, albeit out of scale, sculpts. Sure hope people like them since we will prob see them released over and over for the next 10 years lol.
