While one could guess it would probably happen, still it's reassuring to hear it from NECA.

Admittedly I'm only a casual Turtles fan, but there are certainly still a few toon figures I'd like to see before the line ends. Namely:

Has anyone had to contact NECA customer service before? How long did it take to get a response?

Its been a whole week now, and I have tried both their email addresses, Facebook, Twitter, and IG. Crickets everywhere.

Awhile ago I sent a reply to an order confirmation sent from ecom@necaonline.com asking if I could cancel and they replied almost immediately that I could not, lol. Sent some followups asking about deferring as store credit, etc. that were also met with crickets.

I figure this is true for two reasons:
1) foot can be an army builder, so someone who finds him might be more inclined to buy multiples more so than general collector habits.
2)it shows the power of the NECA online offering and how scalpers are less interested in Mondo and Muckman since there is less secondary market demand.

I thought Neca said Mondo and Muckman weren’t pre-orders they had actual stock. The email update they send says Q3 but shouldn’t these be shipping now?

Technically we are in Q3 if we are going by calendar quarters and not fiscal quarters.

Calendar quarters:
Q1 Jan/Feb/Mar
Q2 April/may/Jun
Q3 Jul/aug/sept
Q4 oct/nov/dec

I understand that, but it should have already shipped the way they made it seem. September shouldn’t even be an option.

NECA's fairly slow to ship their "in-stock" items. As an example, when I ordered the in-stock version of Super Shredder last year, it took about 2-2½ weeks before he actually shipped, then like 2 days to receive him once he did.

Sorry, wasn’t trying to be snarky. I just had this same conversation in person a few days ago and it took me by surprise when I realized we were in Q3 and that NECA is probably just covering their butts.

No your good. Hopefully they a least ship in August but who knows with them.

Well my april came and her head is a smudge too big but I think part of it is because of the low neck. Otherwise I think she looks great. Can't wait for the channel 6 set for comparison.

Thanks, I completely forgot to mention the Turtle Van, that's another piece I would buy and definetely deserves to be made before the toon line ends.

I know NECA mentioned it was sculpted a while back but has anyone heard any updates since then?
