Rare figures

Which figs are the rarest, coolest or just the ones you like the best, From the TMNT, both vintage and new. your opinion only???

well the coolest i can think of has got to be Mikey from the new show, cause he shows all of his teeth and they are insanely white,(as are the others) well i just find him very cool. I don't really know about the rare thing, Cause i'm not that old. but i would sure like to hear your opinions, take it away dudes and dudettes(i think that is how it is spelled, if it's not, then feel free to edit)

My favorite figure just happens to be one of the rarest and that would be Shogun Shoate. Would love to add more Shoate's to the collection.

What I've never understood is why people want figures of characters that never ever appeared in a cartoon episode, movie, or comic book.

Although, at least the Shogun Shoate looks cool.

rare figures

Ouch...I remember back in the early 90's (I'd already gotten out of Turtles) and I think I remember seeing some of those mentioned before in Savanti's post on the racks. Now they're all rare...man

I still don't think Scratch and Hot Spot are all that rare. There are so many other pieces out there that i consider harder to find. A perfect example is Warrior Rocksteady, besides the one that was up recently i have never seen one on ebay and i've been collecting for years. Let me throw out the number 6, that is the number of Warrior Rocksteady's in collectors hands that i know of. I have 2, another guy on here has 2 if i remember correctly, i think Putrescent has one and the guy who won the auction. Not trying to brag here but i've owned 4-5 MOC Scratch pieces over the last few years and several Hot Spots. This figure is perceived to be rare but he's really just overpriced IMO.

that's awesome dudes, but if you could post some pics or a link where i can find the pics. then that would be even greater. I don't know how they look cause i haven't all of the old episodes. At least i don't remember them as well as i could've and yet, i'm not THAT old hehe.

Well hope you'll post some, otherwise just write... hehe

Yea, I used to go on there and memorize what the figures I was missing looked like. Of course, that was like 5 years ago, I don't do that any more.
