IF she ends up being the real MJ, you can imagine how they'll play it. She'll be everything Peter wants, seems too good to be true, etc., but after some soul-searching, he realizes that FAKE MJ (Zendaya) is the one his heart really belongs to all along, so he finds some way to undo the spell OR just get her to fall in love with him all over again, kicking the real MJ to the curb.

I'd still bitter about Hulk not having ANYTHING to do with CA: Brave New World, a sequel to his own movie. Now they might shove him into a Spider-Man movie?

A Punisher team-up is doable, he first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man as part of the original clone sag in the 70s

Feige confirms it will be a "street level" movie. So all that stuff before about Marvel wanting it to be street level and Sony wanting it to be more multiverse stuff and epic and Marvel losing the argument... was wrong.
