TMNT Upper Deck Unleashed TCG Rarity Found!

For well over a decade, I’ve been aware that that the Leonardo card numbered #01064 had a card just like it, except its number was #00004. I’ve been keeping my eyes open for it since, and I found it!

Does anyone know if this card was a misprint, a promotional, or something else? There is no information anywhere about it that I can find. I’m considering getting it authenticated.

A fellow dromer, and I can’t remember who specifically (remember this search started well over a decade ago) showed me a picture of it back then, but didn’t actually have it.

I got a message from czuri that confirms that he has one, too! I swear he has every ninja turtles card under the sun. Pretty cool! He says that this specific card even has a different kind of foil design than the foil version of #01064.

I have this series of trading cards as well and the 0004 Leonardo is a promo card. I also have 0001 Donatello and 0003 Michelangelo of that same set

True, The one for Donatello is the exact same art as the normal card in the 01000 series, the other Turtles all have unique art.

Thank you so much! Yeah I started collecting these the moment they came out back then. I guess that is how I obtained the promo's. And yes, there is a Raph, just need to find it and know what it looks like.

Even if they don't come back "10's" they are oddities that would command some attention.

Yes, for sure! I’ll keep my eyes open for a Raph or any info that is out there. Luzmagica confirmed outside this thread that she has a Leo promo card, too, but that’s the only one.

I’m considering that! I know my Leo wouldn’t get a 10 as it has a subtle crease. I wonder if PSA could just validate that it’s authentic?
