Something really embarassing:
You guys know the song "shake it off" by Taylor Swift?

When she sings: >>I'm dancing on my own<<
I hear : >>I'm fisting on my own<<

Well, I thought the words "sick beat" were "slick beat" until now. I think it is easy to mishear lyrics in music, especially when a singer sings fast.

There was this song on the radio called, "Love is the Seventh Wave," but I heard it as, "Love is a Salad Plate."

I didn't know the name of the song was "Wrecking Ball" and later on when I was singing it I was like "I came in like a raiiiinboowww." But now that I know it's wrecking ball, everything makes sense and Miley Cyrus is an awful person.

Chasing Waterfalls...I heard 'Don't go, Jason waterfalls' so I figured they were singing about a lover named Jason Waterfalls almost my whole life. *shrugs* then my little sister made fun of me.

When I was a kid my dad was kinda into the Beach Boys.

From their song "Still Cruisin'," as a kid this:
"Come on lets cruise ya got nothin to lose"

...turned into:
"Come on lets squishy cat nothin to lose"

From Nickelback's "Someday"

I wish you'd unclench your fists
And unpack your suitcase
Lately there's been too much of this
But don't think it's toothpaste
