What if the Archie comics kept goin?

I guess in a way we're kinda/sorta getting an example of this seeing as Hun made an appearance in the 80's TMNT comic. Maybe he would have been introduced in a similar way had the Archie comics kept going in 2003 and beyond.

I mean similar to what they did to Robotnik/Eggman I can easily see some battle that ends in Shredder losing his armor (maybe at the end of Forever War) and come back with new armor fashioned after the 2003 look. Bebop and Rocksteady were on that paradise island anyway with zero intentions of returning to be basic henchmen, so it wouldn't be too difficult to have Shredder recruit Hun and the Purple Dragons and possibly Karai.
