Yeah, that's Phantom. Hes been with us for 3 years now. They werent too sure about eachother yesterday, but after the first 24 hours, they seem to be quite taken with eachother

I rescued a dog 2.5 years ago from the shelter. He is a Whippet/Heeler mix that came in as a stray. At the time, they believed that he was 7 years old. Shelter dogs make the best pets because they tend to be more affectionate because they know that they are rescued. Good luck with your sweet dog.

my parents still have my first dog (yeah she's still alive!) she's 18 and we rescued her from a shelter...best...dog...EVER.

Have fun! I know my doggy is like my kid.
