Figures with Collector's Card & Coin

I've recently gotten my hands on a couple of these repackaged figurs from the vintage line. I noticed that some of them have nothing, some have a Collector's Card, some have a coin, and some have a card and a coin. Does anyone know what the story on these guys are? What type is the most rare, least rare? Which figures are hard to come by in this packaging? Any info would be appreciated.

Well most of them came out from around 1993 and ended in 1995 then they went to the box's with the purple warning lable at the top.
Out of the bunch the ones with both cards and coins are the hardest to find but honestly most of them are pretty rare the majority of the ones with collector cards came out in 1994 but in 1993 some very generic looking ones where released and perhaps more rare than the rest.

Re-releases are fun. If you've got a serious case of the collector bug you can really go nuts here.

I think it's been covered before and mayhaps even recently, but for a brief recap there are two different versions of the collector card, with slight variations mostly noticable by a slightly different look to the brick background, then of course there are said coin+card combos which are indeed the rarer ones. (I surf the hell out of ebay and keep my eyes on myteefinestuff.com all the time and they are far and few between).

I don't have a list of all the ones and in which variation(s) they were released, but again I think I remember a thread a while back that went into some more detail. You should search back through the recent toy threads.

Thanks for pointing this place out. Great selection. The prices are about what I expect from these kind of sites... but when you've been searching and searching for that elusive bargain and it's just not turning up, a collector like myself will dig down pretty deep in the wallet to fill the gaping hole in the ol' collection.

if you mean the toysandtoons ones, the item you see in the picture is the item for sale. I don't think they had any carded ones on the site.

I looked through the forums but didn't notice anything. So are the ones with just the coin or with just the card more rare?

The ones with both are more rare.
As well as the collector cards that came out in 1993 instead of the better looking ones in 1994.
And if you search for thread started by me in the toy section I posted about all of this awhile ago I'm not sure if it's still around or not though.
