Green April & green Metalhead - Help

Hi, this is my first post here.
Earlier this week i bought a pretty large collection of loose turtles (all vintage). Among it are 2 figures I cannot identify. The first is a 1988 April o Neil with a green suit and yellow lines.

The other is a 1995 Metallic green Metalhead figure. Its weapons are the same as the other Metalhead figure but are blue color.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Also, i am looking for a general rarity/price guide for the vintage tmnt playmates toys. More interested in a rarity guide with lists of the different color variations.

The April is the one that came with the blue news van box set from 1993.

That whole series is cool. It's a shame Bebop and Rhazar didn't get released though.
