What's "City At War"? I mean, presumably it's an old comic book arc or miniseries, but what's its deal? Is it the best TMNT comic story? If I wanted to check out some TMNT comics, would that be the place to start?

 [/playingdumb]I just knew someone, somewhere would misinterpret the term "adult".  Personally, I would have preferred "mature" (implying moderate violence, vulgarity or whatever) as opposed to "adult" (implying gratuitous whatever).So, I nit-pick over wording... That's what I do.
