All of the people selling pre-sales on eBay don't have one reserved with NECA or anything - They have to get in the same line as everyone else. They're selling the presale on the gamble that they will acquire one. I believe all of the eBay sellers have refunds policies pretty clearly in the event that they don't get one.

I personally am not a fan of eBay presales of ANYTHING.

Yeah, you're right. But also it is the same seller. I guess they have a whole pack of guys that go out and try to get one.

I'm not a big fan of the presales either. But for a guy like me that lives in NY, their boosted price is cheaper than me flying to San Diego and getting one. After the Con, they will all have BIN prices of $200 and then when those sell, you'll never see them again. So sometimes, you just gotta give in.

Or if my memory serves me correctly, there is always Roseangelo who will sell me hers because I remember her saying something along the lines of she would never be caught dead buying a black and white sets.

I did say that when we saw the first prototypes, but I openly changed my mind when we saw the finished products. So I'll be keeping my set for me.

I'd be more upset if they did it that way. I can always customize a little damage, and make a Zog... but I'd rather have a generic Triceraton before anything else.

I'm hoping Wave 2 will be finished out with Splinter and Shredder.

My ideal Wave 3 would have Stockman, Leatherhead, Casey, and a Purple Dragon.

Wave 4 would be when we'd be able to talk "Turtles in Space" story arc.
