Honestly they are not worth that price. Sure they are items you don't see very often but I wouldn't value them so high. Maybe $100 for all 4 Turtles. They are the same as the playmates just slightly smaller and some of the weapons are grey. The Splinter however is collectible and worth more since playmates never released a giant Splinter. Thats what makes him special. The reason why I would pay more for certain bootlegs is because I like the look and it's something I won't find from playmates. I love the Karate Warrior Turtles. They somewhat resemble mutant wrestler turtles in my mind. The arms are bendable so if you wanted to play wrestling with them you could. Hah! The mini tortoise I'm also crazy about. They are just mini versions of the 88 turtles.

I sniped a cool 40 on each of these - more than I'd like to pay for a figure, but I figured since these were a bit harder to find than say, a Foot Soldier. But sweet Jesus... for the prices these went for, the yokels can have 'em!

Yeah... I dropped an early bid on those, but then the prices far exceeded my lil' budget.

As a sort of consolation prize tho, I found a pretty good deal on Kevin's Artobiography, which I have been wanting to get for a long time now. It was only $26.40 w/ free shipping and the seller has 4 more available, so if anyone else was wanting to add this sweet hardcover to their collection, this is the best price I've found for a new copy on either Amazon or Ebay.

Dude, that's harsh. How long ago was that? If they already went through this with at least one buyer and kept an item listed that they didn't have in their inventory... I will cut them.

this was a week or so ago, so it was recent. When I saw them relist it, I think they had just been full of it and sent me the wrong book and wanted to cover their @sses because they knew I was p1ssed off.

you know I think I paid like 20 dollars for my carded warrior rocksteady. Those prices for the for the warrior winged turtles are pretty standard though.

Man, the money people spend. I'm still on the hunt for the Leo, Mike, and Don statues these few years. No luck, but hopefully they'll pop up on Ebay for good prices.

Leo and Mike are on eBay fairly regularly and rarely go over $100.

I've even seen Raph go pretty low ($100-120)..but I guess Don is the grail. Actually, there's a piece of original Eastman art on Ebay now which I'd much rather pay 1,000 for.
